The Brosnans Case Manager assigned to your matter will be in contact within 24 hours. You will also be provided with regular email updates during the course of your Surveillance Investigation.
Your client login user name and password will be emailed to you. This will allow you to make any changes/add updates to existing active investigations and to also submit new investigations.
As the specific period of the Surveillance Investigation expires the Brosnans Case Manager will discuss these options: (I) Continuing the Surveillance Investigation; (II) Returning at another time; (III) Terminating the Surveillance Investigation.
It's not necessary to answer all the questions to get an Surveillance Investigation under way however to conduct surveillance we will require (I) an address (II) the name, sex and approximate age of the claimant.
