The Brosnans Case Manager assigned to your matter will be in contact within 24 hours. You will also be provided with regular email updates during the course of your Factual Investigation.
Your client login user name and password will be emailed to you. This will allow you to make any changes/add updates to existing active investigations and to also submit new investigations.
As the specific period of the Factual Investigation expires the Brosnans Case Manager will discuss these options: (I) Continuing the Factual Investigation; (II) Returning at another time; (III) Terminating the Factual Investigation.
